I often coach people in developing habits and while there are so many resources for creating a great morning routine, evening routines just don’t get the same type of publicity (even though, I think a great day actually starts the night before).
I do think it’s harder to develop an evening routine because a) people typically have less willpower in the evening than in the morning and b) unlike with the morning routine (which typically starts after getting up), it can be harder to find an anchor after which to begin the evening routine.
Anyway, I’ll save this article so I can share it in the future.
