Nope. :) I think this makes perfect sense! I’ve tried a lot of the approaches you incorporate in this strategies either by themselves or together (such as putting electronic devices away, not reading emails right away, do something that’s not part of my routine) and I can imagine how powerful it is to put it all together, like you suggest.
